Dividend Distribution Information

Based on the prevailing legal provisions in Indonesia, the Company's dividend distribution is carried out based on the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) or at a general meeting of shareholders based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors.

The Company may declare dividends at any time as long as the Company has a positive retained earnings balance.

Our policy is to pay dividends up to a maximum of 50% of the consolidated net profit for the year after mandatory allowances and reserves. The amount of dividends and the Company's ability to pay dividends in the future will depend on cash flow, retained earnings, financial condition, working capital requirements and future investment plans, as well as restrictions imposed by law and other requirements. Dividends are paid in Rupiah.

Shareholders of record on the dividend record date will be entitled to the full amount of dividends and are subject to applicable income tax in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations. Dividends received by shareholders from outside Indonesia will be subject to income tax withholding of 20% in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations or at a lower rate of withholding, in accordance with double taxation avoidance agreements with the relevant countries.
