MKTR's corporate governance framework comprises policies, controls, processes and standards that govern all aspects of the business and enable clear separation of responsibilities and informed and responsible decision-making. The foundation of this framework is the Company's Code of Business Conduct and our core values of integrity, respect for people and the environment and continuous improvement.

The Company's core value of integrity prohibits bribery in all business and employee activities. This is clearly stated and emphasized in every core values training, which is mandatory for every new employee joining MKTR. We have also extended this training to several vendors and communities around our operational areas.
