Company Secretary
Ilhamd Fithriansyah was appointed as Corporate Secretary based on the resolution of the Board of Directors, effective as of March 21, 2022. He also serves as the Company's Head of Legal & Litigation.
He graduated from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law in 1999. He started his career at Law Firm Aji Wijaya Sunarto Yudo & Co as Associate (2009), PT Avrist as Legal Manager (2010), PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations as Senior Manager Legal, and currently as Senior Manager Legal and Litigation at PT Menthobi Makmur Lestari.
