On December 31, 2020, the Company officially changed its name to PT Menthobi Karyatama Raya after a change in share ownership through acquisition by PT Maktour Bangun Persada. This name change was legalized through Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 36 by Notary Andhika Mayrizal Amir, SH, M.Kn., and approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on January 28, 2021.
Furthermore, in 2022, the Company conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, by issuing 2.5 billion shares with a nominal value of Rp10 per share. Since then, the Company's status has changed to a Public Company, and its official name is PT Menthobi Karyatama Raya Tbk.
As of December 31, 2024, the Company is recorded to have a total land reserve of 1,807.94 hectares of planted area, of which a portion has been allocated to smallholders, as required by the Indonesian government.
In running its business, the Company prioritizes the principles of sustainable governance by integrating processes from plantation products, processing, to the utilization of by-products. This is in line with the Company's vision to be the best producer of plantation products through the implementation of Best Practice Agronomy that is sustainable and environmentally friendly.
