Corporate Governance Structure
According to Law No. 40/2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, the structure of MKTR consists of three organs:
• The General Meeting of Shareholders is the highest decision-making authority.
• The Board of Commissioners advises the Board of Directors and supervises the management of the Company.
• The Board of Directors manages the Company in the interests of its shareholders. (GRI 2-9)
With the regulation, the Company has formed a sustainability governance structure to realize an effective GCG mechanism
