The primary governance structure comprises the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), the Board of Commissioners, and the Board of Directors, each performing its respective duties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company’s Articles of Association, and prevailing governance guidelines.

In carrying out their responsibilities, the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors are supported by supporting organs that assist in the implementation of oversight, management, internal control, and sustainability governance functions. Through effective coordination among these governing bodies, the Company seeks to ensure that decision-making processes are conducted effectively, objectively, transparently, and accountably, while supporting the Company’s long-term business sustainability.
