On October 1, 2024, the Company through its Subsidiary PT Menthobi Hijau Lestari (MHL) in collaboration with PT Berlian Inti Mekar (BIM), one of the Subsidiaries of PT Mahkota Group Tbk, has inaugurated the management of the Granule Compost Fertilizer Plant located in Palembang, South Sumatra with a capacity of 40 tons per day.
PT Menthobi Hijau Lestari (MHL), a subsidiary of the Company, commenced operations by establishing a new plant to process solid and liquid by-products into organic fertilizer and biofertilizer with a capacity of 3 to 5 tons per hour.
In realizing the green industry, MHL produces fertilizers through the utilization of waste from the palm oil processing activities themselves.
The Company acquired PT Khatulistiwa Sinergi Omnidaya in accordance with Deed No. 11 dated August 28, 2023, whose oil palm land area coincides with MKTR area.
The company first listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with the ticker code MKTR.
Through the processing of the Mill on the CMC system, the Company was able to experience an oil recovery in the palm kernel oil manufacturing process of 23% Oil Extraction Rate (OER), with a utility of 107%.

The Company was first established under the initial name of PT Accinvest Bangun Lestari, in accordance with the Deed of Establishment of Limited Liability Company No. 01 dated October 4, 2017.
