MKTR's Sustainability Policy is a tangible manifestation of the company's commitment to the principles of Sustainable Development. The policy is publicly available on the sustainability initiatives portal of MKTR's official website (https://mktr.co.id/) and is implemented based on the principles and criteria of Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO), as well as various other relevant international standards.

The latest update of the policy was made in June 2022 and signed by MKTR's President Director. This action affirms the company's commitment to prevent and minimize potential risks or negative impacts of business activities on the workforce, community and environment. This policy is also aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and is designed to support the company's sustainable development strategy.

This policy serves as a guideline for all of the company's operational activities to be in line with sustainability principles, including adjusting to changes in the provisions of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). In its implementation, this policy refers to key principles such as corporate social responsibility, transparency, respect for labor, and environmental protection and restoration.

MKTR bases this policy on the 3P principle:

1. Profit - Maintaining long-term economic viability for business prosperity.
2. People - Paying attention to human welfare, including workers and the surrounding community.
3. Planet - Managing natural resources and the environment responsibly.
