Searchability

Traceability at PT Menthobi Karyatama Raya Tbk (MKTR) is a key part of the company’s commitment to sustainability and supply chain responsibility. The following are the main aspects of MKTR's traceability efforts:

Traceable Sources of Raw Materials

MKTR sources its Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) from:

  • The company’s own plantations, including nucleus and plasma estates.

  • Independent farmers and local cooperatives that collaborate with the company.

All FFB supplies are systematically recorded and monitored to ensure transparency and accountability regarding their origin.

Digital System and Quality Control

MKTR implements a digital recording system to:

  • Evaluate the quality and quantity of supplies.

  • Track the distribution flow from plantations to the palm oil mills (POM).

Certification and Sustainability Standards

As a publicly listed palm oil company, MKTR strives to comply with certification standards such as:

  • ISPO (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil)

  • RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) – currently in process or planned for the medium term.

These certifications require strict traceability of all raw material sources.

Monitoring of Farmer Partners

To maintain traceability from third-party sources (e.g., independent farmers), MKTR:

  • Provides technical training to farmers.

  • Develops data-based monitoring and evaluation systems.

  • Promotes sustainable agricultural practices.
