Appreciating Investors, MKTR Sows 35 Percent Dividend

Menthobi Karyatama Raya (MKTR) will distribute dividends of IDR 18.21 billion. The dividend allocation is around 35 percent of the net profit for the fiscal year 2024, which amounted to IDR 52.2 billion. The decision has been patented at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUSPT) for fiscal year 2024 on April 30, 2025.

The dividend decision was based on the financial statements as of December 31, 2024. Where, throughout 2024, the company earned Rp1.006 trillion in revenue. Jumped 41.6 percent from the same period last year of IDR 710.98 billion. Operating profit grew significantly by 70 percent to Rp106.386 billion from the same position last year of Rp62.679 billion.

"The increase in revenue in 2024 was mainly from a surge in crude palm oil (CPO) prices of 18.3 percent, and Palm Kernell (PK) of 24.3 percent. In addition, there was also an increase in CPO production volume of 21 percent, and PK 33.8 percent because the Palm Oil Mill (PKS) of the subsidiary, PT Khatulistiwa Sinergi Omnidaya (KSO), which was acquired at the end of 2023, was fully operational in 2024," said Wawan Sulistyawan, Finance Director of MKTR.

MKTR's profit for the year in 2024 was recorded at Rp52.2 billion. Experienced an increase of 1.7 percent compared to the same period last year of Rp51.3 billion. (*)
